夏天將至,不少女士為了穿上背心、短褲出街,都加緊減肥瘦身。日本女生Nooa在短短半年內激減18公斤,不但成功趕走贅肉,更煉成纖瘦身材。她曾在YouTube分享半年內狂減39磅。
半年內狂減39磅
今年24歲的Nooa,身高1.58米,在減肥前,她體重達63公斤(138磅),身形圓潤、厚實、大腿粗壯、有著包包臉。為了尋回自信,Nooa踏上減肥之路,透過控制飲食和多做運動,成功在6個月內減至45公斤(99磅),即足足減去18公斤(39磅),體脂亦由24%減至20%。減肥後的Nooa身形fit爆,煉成纖腰細腿,贅肉消失不見,臉蛋看起來更比以往小了一圈。

Nooa早前在YouTube分享一套下半身伸展運動訓練,共有16組動作,每組做30秒,期間不停重複動作,整個訓練合共9分鐘,如果持之以恆,相信很快就能看見成效。
